Licences are not being updated in order to delete them.

Hey Guys, I want to delete some licences from pages, which are not available anymore, because the domain might have changed, or the client does not want to pay the licence. I checked all my pages, but it says only on this one that it will be available to delete the licence:

Assigned: https://stylefish-snowboardschule.de – If de-installed, can be released here after another 18.3 days
Update subscription expires: 2022-04-19. Last check-in: 2021-07-01 03:18:05.

But I want to also delete the licences for:

1. Assigned: https://bretterschmiede.com
Update subscription expires: 2022-04-19.

2. Assigned: https://stylefish.shop (not available anymore)
Update subscription expires: 2022-04-19.

3. Assigned: https://wohnmobil-winterberg.de
Update subscription expires: 2022-04-19. Last check-in: 2021-07-12 14:43:48.

Also as for the:
Migrate a WordPress site to a different location:

1. Assigned: https://sauerland.bike (page is offline)
Update subscription expires: 2022-04-16.

2.Assigned: https://birgit-keller.de
Update subscription expires: 2022-04-16. Last check-in: 2021-07-12 03:05:48.

Another question:
Is it possible to upgrade the licence and just pay the difference for the next higher subscription?
