    Hi,

I was working on migrating a site, learning how to use Updraft Plus, on a localhost ‘test’ site and unfortunately the localhost site is no longer accessible. Messed up somewhere :)

How can I release the license for that site to use it on actual live client site?

    Thank you

    Hi,

The licences can be reset from your licences page:
    https://updraftplus.com/my-account/licences/

However, this option is only available after the licence has been inactive for 30 days.

Please could you send us the URL of the site to release, and we can reset the licence for you.

    Best Wishes,
    David N

    Hey David,

So the two sites I want to release are sites I built on my computer and hosted with MAMP to try and experiment with Updraft Plus.

One of them I have access to and have deleted the Updraft Plugin. The other one I changed something in the database and can no longer access it to delete the plugin.

Does this make sense to you?

    Thanks for your response.

    Hi,

I have reset the two licences assigned to a localhost.

    Best Wishes,
