    After multiple attempts, the Migrate/Clone function won’t complete a transfer of content from a client’s live site to the staging URL. The site is fairly dense with content so downloading and re-uploading the individual Uploads zips is very inefficient. I’ve downloaded the latest log file if that’s needed to troubleshoot. Any help you can offer with getting the automatic process working would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    To help us find out the cause of the issue, can you please send us a copy of the migration log?
    You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your new site location.
    You can send the log file as an attachment or copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ )

    Hi Jordan,

    Did you also create login to the staging development site for me?
    I can also confirm looking at the log, that the backup files were successfully sent. So I need to check the destination site on the issue.

    Hi Jordan,

    I checked the both sites it appears that some plugin where not activated. So I’ve activated it and it seems to be the same as the live site now. Can you check please?
