Migration failed – Theme, plugins, uploads and “others” not restoring

I tried migrating a site both by having the sending site send over a backup and downloading the backup to my computer and then uploading it to the sending site.

Either way I do it I am told that the Theme, Plugins, Uploads and Others all failed to restore. The site now has the pages from the sending site but that’s about it. Nothing else works and without the theme the site won’t display.

Hi,

It appears that the plugins.zip backup file is corrupted. Please re-upload a copy of the plugins and re-run the process.
