Hi,
I just bought your Migrator plugin to move several sites from a shared hosting provider (Apache) to a new VPS (OpenLite Speed) but no matter what I do it leads to a 404 error.
I’ve used the classic Migrator way like you described it and I’ve tried to export the old page and migrate to new page step by step (each zip file separatly).
When I migrate all in once I all my pages turn into 404 errors and I can’t access the log file. When I do it step by step everything works until I import the database. Then I can see the following log message:Search and replacing table: wp_yoast_migrations: already done
Search and replacing table: wp_yoast_primary_term: already done
Search and replacing table: wp_yoast_seo_links: already done
Search and replacing table: wp_litespeed_url: rows: 0
Search and replacing table: wp_litespeed_url_file: rows: 0
Tables examined: migrator-lite.php77
Rows examined: migrator-lite.php52335
Changes made: migrator-lite.php29797
SQL update commands run: migrator-lite.php29729
Errors: migrator-lite.php0
Time taken (seconds): migrator-lite.php3.888Could you please give me an advice? I only bought this plugin for this scenario.
Thanks in advance!

I’m sorry to hear you are having problems with your migration. It may be a permalink issue causing the 404 errors. Could you confirm if you can access your WordPress admin dashboard on the destination site please?
Best,
Paul

November 20, 2023 at 8:39 pm #1959204Paul BevanModeratorHello,
Thank you for confirming that, please could you share the log file from the wp-content/ updraft folder? You can share it here using pastebin.com.
It would also be helpful to view your PHP error logs from your hosting company. If you could also share them here using the same method I would appreciate it.
