Hello, After I purchased new Migrator add on, I refreshed my zip file to the UpdraftPlus.com zip file, connected my account, hit “refresh connection” …. But the Migrator add on is not connecting to the account. It still says “Purchase this add on in store” and when I click the link it takes me to the site to which I’m signed in, having already purchased the software. No “Activate it on this site” flag, though I tried uninstalling and reinstalling plugin. Please help. Thanks!

From our records, it appears that the order is still pending payment.
Please could you check your PayPal account and check if the charge succeeded/failed, or if it is being processed as an ‘echeck’?

This was yesterday afternoon. My account seems to reflect this. Not sure where is the confusion? It definitely went through, I can see it in my bank statement. What can we do from here? Thanks!

Please could you send us the PayPal transaction ID? This should show in the charge details in your PayPal account.
I can then track down the charge and update the order/licences accordingly.
