Hi, I’ve been using the premium version for years and it’s really trustable.

I released a new website for my client two months ago.
Since then I often migrate the production environment and
the development environment for both directions
for further developments with the UpdraftPlus migration feature.

And recently, I noticed that a couple of images in two posts are not shown.
I’m using Advanced Custom Fields plugin’s image field for these images and
it looks like the image registration is still remained in the page edit but
no image path is published in my img src attributes.

I’ve never had this kind of problems when migrating website with
ACF image field so totally no idea how it happened.
This may not be the issue caused by the UpdraftPlus but
just wanna know has anyone had a same issue?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Let me start with the investigation by checking the migration log. Can you please send us a copy of the migration log?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your new site location.
You can send the log file as an attachment or copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ )

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle

    Hi,

Thank you! I don’t see any errors/warning message in the log.

Can you please check if the missing image can be found in the media library? It is possible that the image link has been hard coded? If yes, you will have to manually change the URL. You can also try resetting permalink.

    Thanks,
    Bryle

    Dear Bryle

Thanks for going through my log.
Yes, I was also aware of noting strange found on it.

I see these images in the media library.
The links are not hard coded as the link is generated via Advanced Custom Field plugin.

I think I should roll back my site to the backup, which I thought the images are missing
and see if it happens again or not.
I believe you need more details to help me for further than that :)

Thanks anyway and will let you know the result.

    Oda
