Move license from my localhost staging server to main server

Hi there,
I just purchased two site licenses. Currently, I am using one on my localhost staging server and one on the publically accessible staging server. I am doing this so I can migrate the site that is on my localhost to the publically available staging server. Once that is done, I am going to want to move the one license from my localhost site to the production server. How do i achieve this?
