Multisite / Network Add-on not working

Hello I’ve installed the Multisite/Network add-on and thought everything was working properly, but now I think I have something misconfigured. We are using the Amazon S3 option to backup and this week we checked and it looks like UpdraftPlus is not creating a multisite backup but an individual backup at a time. So when I try to backup I cannot see the option “Which site you wanna restore” but only the last subsite backup that has been created. I’m doing this from the Network admin area and the addon seems to be active in Premium / Extensions tab. Can you help?

Hi,

UpdraftPlus can only create a backup of the entire Multisite network but you can restore a sub-site from the backup.

The UI may also be different now as the video was recorded years ago but the process is still the same.
