My support question in progress has disappeared

I’m attempting to comment on my support forum topic (Backups recently started failing) that is currently in progress, but it appears to have disappeared.

The topic shows up in thee list of topics, but when I click on the link to the topic I get a message, “No Results Found – The page you requested could not be found. Try refining your search, or use the navigation above to locate the post”.
