Seems like the backup is not completing. Because I am new to this product, I’m not sure how long I should wait prior to asking for assistance. Thank you very much.

It looks like your hosting setup only allows a very small amount of time for WordPress to run and do anything useful. That’s normally no problem with ordinary page loads – as they take 1 or 2 seconds. But with a backup, it’s more problematic.
Try adding this to your wp-config.php file:
define(‘UPDRAFTPLUS_NO_BINZIP’, true);
After that, start a fresh backup, and send me the log again.

I have change the php settings on my hosting company to 5.4 and I have added the
define(‘UPDRAFTPLUS_NO_BINZIP’, true);
line to the wp-config.php file on my ftp.Still not working,
do i need to change execution time? I am not confortable changing anything in the ftp so i’d rather not…

“send” near the destination website address, nothing happens. Nothing…
It’s very frustrating!I saw a message saying the back up was completed, but nothing appeared on the existing backups in the destination website, even after refreshing the page etc.
Please help, I thought I would save time by buying this modules $40 AUS. but I have now spent 3 hours on this. It’s ridiculous.

I’ve added the line to the config file and had my hosting increase to MAX time out. its still stuck as 0% and in the resumption loop. :) Frustrated because I purchased this app so I didn’t have to deal with “issues”. It transfered fine from the live site to the sandbox, but not the other way. I i’ve spent 4 hours waiting and trouble shooting to make my site live. Now im going to look for another solution. Verry disapointing.
So now I have achieved my goal. Not sure why it was so complicated. The solution that worked for me: I uploaded my backup from the sandbox to DropBox. Then on the live site, I linked updraft to the same DropBox account. I then on the live clicked the link indicating to download a backup from the cloud site. I did this, got a bunch of warnings about wordpress version differences and PHP differences. Decided to click restore anyway. The whole site crashed. I freaked out. Tried to restore the backup of the live site I sent to the sandbox. That crashed to. I clicked a bunch of buttons it said to click. Eventually clicking something that deleted all existing wordpress folders (or something like that). Then updraft told me I could resume an unpacking that was disrupted. I did. And then like magic, the site from the sandbox was now on the live site (I was expecting the old backup). I double checked settings, links, refferences to the old site url. All was good!
