No backup of more directory

Hello, I want to back up 4 folders that are in the root directory of the domain but are independent of wordpress, are at the same level as “wp-content” and “wp-admin” I tried several configurations with relative addresses and absolute but it gives me the following message: “No backup of ‘more’ directory: there was nothing found to back up”

You need to enter a full server path. To find out what this path should begin with, hover over the WordPress Core option, and it will show a tooltip to show you.
