    Receive the below error when trying to authenticate to OneDrive:L

    An error (invalid_request) occurred in trying to connect with OneDrive.

    Error details: AADSTS900432: Confidential Client is not supported in Cross Cloud request. Trace ID: e4bb271c-8970-4b69-9e46-17547ecd1301 Correlation ID: a2b36642-a6e9-4890-a3c1-ee571c48261e Timestamp: 2021-09-20 14:47:29Z

    There is no link on the orange page shown saying UpdraftPlus authentication screen select the “Having problems authenticating?” link, only a button to return to the WP site.

    Hi,

    The nature of the error message, and Googling it, indicates that your OneDrive account is not an “ordinary” one, but has some sort of special status, belonging to a separate OneDrive cloud, such as OneDrive Government – is that so?
