    hello
I notice that when I update my sites, there is only one backup of the database.
Why is there no backup of the extensions, the theme and the WordPress core??
The same way that if I updated from the site directly

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Hi,

Updating WordPress core doesn’t touch plugins or themes. So, no backup of those is necessary – the existing one will suffice. If an extra backup of them was run, it increases the risk of the update timing out and failing.

    Hello,

The problem is that I’m talking about an update that contained 9 plugin updates, a theme update and a core update.

But there was only one backup of the database!

I have updraftplus premium with the automatic backup option enabled.

I should at least have a backup of the plugins and the theme.
    It’s abnormal behavior.

    Hi,

Please could you send us a copy of the backup log?
This can be found in the Existing Backups tab.

The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Best Wishes,
