PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) Error

Hi,

We recently renewed our licence but have been having trouble assigning it to a particular site.

Following the link ‘An update containing your addons is available for UpdraftPlus – please follow this link to get it’ in WP admin the package attempts to install then errors with ‘The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature’

We appear to have plenty of disk space with the hosting for the package to intall.

I note that in the Licence where other sites are assigned, this site is listed as expired:

Expired updates subscription (2020-12-10) on: https://cumbriagrowthhub.co.uk

We have a feeling this site was part of a different subscription purchased at an earlier date and has fallen through the cracks, so to speak.

How can we assign this site to the licence please?

Apologies,

It appears that our licencing server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.
I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear. If this does not happen automatically, you can refresh your connection through the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab.
