Hi David,

Many thanks for coming back on this. I don’t have the backup log or the backup; I’m a “tidier” and tend to remove stuff which is of no use (and this was of no use at the end of the day). I’m nearly finished hand-migrating the site concerned now anyway.

Unfortunately, this means that my subscription to UpdraftPlus has been a complete waste of money; I only renewed the other day (5th Sept) and even then, only because I needed the migration facility. However, owing to the problems, that has actually cost me time, rather than saving it. I’m at a point where I’m going to be requesting a refund, I’m afraid.
