I just purchased the migration add-on (which I thought I already had when I purchased the Pro version from you guys a while ago but looks like you changed things around) and it just sits on “Please wait whilst we make the claim…” now for 15 minutes after already trying it previously then refreshing. Please advise
Hi Ian,
Please can you try to refresh the page and check if you are now able to use the migrator add-on?
If not, please try to reconnect the plugin to our license server. This is done by entering your username and password in the “Premium/Extensions” tab.
You should have 2.16.14.1 as the version number after reconnecting and updating the plugin.Regards,
