plugin says update for add ons but wp says no update available

I just installed 2.14.8.0 on a wp site
Under the premium tab I see this on all add ons:
Available for this site (via your all-addons purchase) – please follow this link to update the plugin in order to get it

But wp says the plugin is up to date so there seems to be no way to get the updates. I’m logged in to updraftplus on the premium page.
How can I get my add ons to work?

Hi,

From your description, it appears that a conflict between UpdraftPlus and another plugin is breaking the add-on activation link.

If possible, please could you try temporarily deactivating the other plugins on the site and follow the link again?

Thanks that worked but now I see on the settings page:
Choose your remote storage
(as many as you like):
Followed by two rows of unchecked checkboxes (first row 10, second row 6)

So it seems like I can’t select remote storage destinations?

Hi,

This suggests that the plugin that was causing a conflict is also affecting Updraftlus’ JS and CSS.

If feasible, I would recommend temporarily deactivating the plugins one at a time, and check the UpdraftPlus page?
If you find the plugin causing the conflict, could you let us know?

If you are using a caching plugin on the site, I would recommend clearing that cache.
