Possible timeout problem, how to fix without cpanel/ftp access?

Working with client who has no cpanel or ftp access from her host. Using migrator. Successfully migrated everything except uploads folder. Uploads are enormous and timeout (I assume). Return errors and do not complete. Ideas for what to try?

Hi,

Can you try to run the migration again but this time only select the “Uploads” component?
Does that successfully complete now? If still not, please ask their host to check on the PHP error log. It should contain the exact information of the why it could not complete.
