Premium is NOT WORKING AS PROMISED

I purchased premium plugin , yesterday, I tried to use Migrate option but it keeping telling me to purchase Migrator Add on. I tried to use Cloning option but cloning link expired less than in 12 hours, however in the description it was stated the cloning will reside for 1 week .
I purchased the plugin with all addons are included . Im attaching the copy of my licence .

Im very disappointed how your plugin works as well as it is hard to hold on for support .

I need someone to to call me or provide direct phone number .

Please advise .

Apologies. It shows that your version of UpdraftPlus isn’t updated. Add-ons are not yet activated.

Can you please check and follow this guide to re-install

Installing your purchase of UpdraftPlus Premium or individual add-ons

Please do step 1 up to the last step.
