Premium license

Dear Support,
I have a premium license, with 2 licenses. When I installed the first time, the icon’s colors in Premium/Extensions showed me, but now when I try to set up the second one license, the icon’s colors doesn’t appear and also I don’t have another option in settings for specify another folder o anything else.

Apologies – I had great difficulty understanding what this description refers to. Are you able to post a screenshot?

Perhaps you have installed the free version from wordpress.org instead of the download from this page? Please let us know which step of the instructions you are on: https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/

Hi,

Please could you click the ‘refresh the connection to my account’ link at the top of the Premium/Extensions tab? You should then be shown a prompt to update the plugin to activate the add-ons.
