    Hi,

    I need to release two licenses from my account on websites that are no longer clients and to which I do not have WP-Admin access any longer. I have visited the FAQ that is often referenced in this forum but the Reset/Release license option is not available. Screenshot – Reset/Release not available

    The two licenses to release are:

    1. https://locdocstg.com
    2. https://habitatswu.org

    Hi,

    We’ve reset/released the licences you’ve requested.
    Please see FAQ how you can reset the license in the future – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/how-can-i-release-re-cycle-a-licence/.

    However, if you need the licence released/reset right away, let us know the site/s, so we can release it for you.
