I have a license on a website that is no longer my client. I don’t have access to the site any longer and need to remove it from my account to free that up before I renew my license. Is that possible? If so, the site is momsfightback.org. Thank you.

    Hi Michelle,

As standard, UpdraftPlus Premium licences are non-transferable so cannot usually be unassigned from a site. However, as the site is used as a staging site or no longer exists, I have reset the licences for you as a courtesy.

You can now re-assign your licences.

    Kind Regards,
    Bryle

I have a similar issue. I had a staging site that is no longer in use, and I would like to use my Updraft Plus Premium license on another site.

I as well am looking for help with this. On reviewing ‘My Add-ons’, about 5 out of 10 sites are sites I supported several years ago but no longer support and don’t have access to. Am I able, through the Updraft site, to take these sites off the list and only leave sites I currently support? I have a new client I want to offer this to as a trial in hopes they purchase their own license.

    Thanks!

    Hi Marc,

    Apologies for the delay.

I’m afraid that I cannot find a license assigned to that URL.

There are some other licenses assigned to other https://cybcrea.com sites, should these be removed?

    Best Wishes,
    David N

    Hi @trevor10,

Please could you send us the URLs of the two sites you wish to remove?

To disconnect the sites from your Dropbox account (if you do not have access to the sites), go to your Dropbox account Settings->Connected apps->Linked apps. Delete the ‘UpdraftPlus.com’ app.

I’m afraid that you will then need to re-authenticate any other sites backing up to your Dropbox.

    Best Wishes,
    David N

Hi – I have two staging sites on my list and one other that is no longer in business. Is it possible to free up the three slots for my other clients?

    https://www.theotfordemporium.co.uk
    https://staging.kenthomecinema.co.uk
    https:// staging.homecinemaseating.co.uk

Thanks very much for your help. I would really appreciate it.

    Hi,

I’d like to remove the following domains from my site licenses because these are no longer in use:

    w-store.at
    wax-baby.com
    lycon-austria.com
    corporate.wax-baby.at

Sorry for the efforts and many thanks for your assistance!
