    I’ve been with you guys awhile, but it appears to me you keep changing the pricing options. My unlimited license is now restricted to 35 instances whereas before no cap. How do I get the $117 enterprise renewal rate?

    Hi John,

    Apologies for the confusion.
    Since last year, the ‘Developer’ package has been discontinued, and replaced by the 35-site ‘Agency’ and unlimited ‘Enterprise’ packages.
    However, if you upgrade to Enterprise package you are still entitled of the 40% discount.

    How am I supposed to do that? The discount code doesn’t apply to the product. I purchased developer on the assumption I can renew.

    My renewal code didn’t work so I had to pay full price. How do I get a credit?
