Restore finished but i can´t continue

I am doing the full restore including WordPress 4.9 and when it ends as the link shows, I can’t continue.
If I reload the site it asks me to download a file.

Can someone please help me?
It is the second time that the same thing has happened to me on this site in the last 2 hours.

Hi Leonardo,

To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the restoration log only?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
Please copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ ) and post the link here.
