Hello, we have done the cloning of the website, but it did not go well.
The files on the server have been cloned, but not the database.
The database is very large and it is impossible to import it into mysql.

Hi Miguel,

Do you get any error message when manually restoring the database via mysql?
I would also suggest letting your host/server admin know about the issue you are experiecing as they would be able to help you with the server limitations.

POST data too large. Reduce the size or increase the ‘post_max_size’ configuration directive.

We already have an active clone, if a clone has already been made, what limitation exists from our server?

Why was the database not exported when cloning?

Would you be able to confirm which clone is the one with the issue in this thread?

Then can you upload a copy of your database to the clone and let me know where it is.

I can then manually restore the database via the command line.

I have uploaded the admin_Comx.sql.gz databases to the v86ky1p6x2y.c.updraftclone.com clone inside the var / www / html / folder
