    Good morning,

    I upgraded from Business to Agency this morning. When I did, at least one domain I own was randomly added to the licence list (https://www.badfakes.com), and it seems like another was removed (https://www.bluethundermining.com/). How can I fix this?

    Prior to the upgrade, I was able to remove licences manually. Once I upgraded, the “reset” button went missing and I have no option to assign/remove licences. How can I fix this?

    Also, I’m getting this text: “You have 19 available licences (total unexpired licences: 25)”. Shouldn’t I have a total of 35 licences with the Agency plan? Are there more sites that got assigned licences that I can’t see? How can I access the full list of licensed sites?

    Also, I did BackUp recently and again having a problem. Please also provide solution with this Updraft error.

    Hi,

    The backup appears to be timed out or killed off.

    Can you try reducing the split archive size further down to 25Mb?

    I hope you are doing well!

    As mentioned earlier I reduced the split archive size further down to 25Mb. But it seems that is also not helping.

    I am tried backup on all platforms (OneDrive, Google Drive, Web Server, on site itself), but none worked. It takes TOO LONG and after that unsuccessful.

    PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!
