I get many errors as the following “Dropbox: failed to upload file to backup_2020-07-03-0005_XXXXXXX_4baa669e087a-plugins.zip (see log file for more)”
How can be solved?

A fix for dropbox issue has now been released, please update your plugin to 2.16.27.x version.

I can see that the backup gets timed out or killed off.
Could you try to reduce the backup archive split size? To do this, open the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab, and find the ‘split backups every’ option. Set this to 100Mb save your settings and run a new process.Does the backup successfully completes now?

Will this cause any issue with the “quality” of backup files?

Yes, that is what I mean.
No, it will not affect the quality of the backup at all. It will just zip the files into smaller sizes which will make it easier for the server to process.
