Unable to get the premium version activated

Hi there. I have 10 websites with the paid version installed and all working nicely. However on the 11th I fail to get the paid version activated.
I downloaded the zip file, I deleted the old version, I uploaded the new version. I got the following message:

Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists. D:/appdata/IIS/vhosts/stiptaccountants.nl/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/
Plugin installation failed.
Return to Plugin Installer

When looking via FTP The Updraftplus folder was renamed in something like updraftplus-OLD. So the original folder did not excist anymore. Then why got I this message?

I then unzipped the Updraft file on my laptop and uploaded the content via FTP.
I activated the plugin. It is working but am still not able to activate the premium version at the tab Premium/Extensions.

I have made several screenshots but I do not see a possibility to upload them.

Hi,

Apologies.
It appears that an UpdraftPlus folder already exists.

The best solution is to manually remove ‘updraftplus’ folder via FTP from the ‘wp-content/plugins/’ directory.

Then manually upload the plugin via FTP. Download a fresh copy of the plugin from our install guide here. Then, unzip and upload to ‘wp-content/plugins’ so it becomes ‘wp-content/plugins/updraftplus’.

After uploading the files, you can then activate the add-ons and connect plugin to UpdraftPlus.com from your WordPress dashboard.

That went well Bryle. However the options “all add-ons” and all separate add-ons have a link to “Get it from the UpdraftPlus.Com Store”. When I click on it I get the page where I can by it.

Hi,

If you have a premium license, you do not need to individually activate each add-on. Just click the link under the “All add-ons” and it will install all add-ons automatically.

I know Bryle. That was not my question.

As I described I do NOT get the message Activate now, but a message to buy all addons. I CANNOT activate it. I have premium account.

Dear Bryle, I found it out myself. I wrote in the first post:

As you could have seen I have the business edition. I just noticed that the max is 10 sites with the business edition…….
