    I just renewed my annual subsciption to UpdraftPlus, but am not able to update to the newest version using the WP update function. My order# is #470187. What can I do? Don’t want to lose all my settings! Thanks.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.
    I have refreshed it for you now.

    Can you reconnect the plugin to our license server?
    This is done by entering your username and password in the “Premium/Extensions” tab.
