Updraft Central breaks page layout, footer gone

Hi! (and sorry for posting first in wrong forum)
I use Updraft Central in an selfhosted environment. Everything works fine but…

There are more than 35 websites which I manage from Updraft Central, page-builder is elementor

after adding one more website and re-ordering my sites in the list, the header and footer of the page are gone.
The page with Updraft Central is a private page and the footer contains a login-logout-feature, so now it is really difficult to navigate

any ideas?

Hi Connie,

To give us a better picture of the issue, can you send us a screenshot please? Have you tried to undo the last change your’ve and does that bring back the original state?

Good morning!

Sorry I did not think of that test. Well, so I installed the theme “Pliska” from the WP themes page and without any modifications the page which contentes nothing than the UpdraftCentral shortcode shows no header and footer. but other pages show the standard header and footer

The samw with the actual TwentyTwentyOne theme:

first header and footer are visible and when Updraftcentral has loaded the complete list of websites, header and footer are gone

I think it will be very easy for you to re-create this situation

Friends, I am waiting for an answer and a solution.!

You can test yourself:

1) Add a lot of pages to the Updraft Central
2) load the UpdraftCental page in your browser
3) You will see that header and footer are visible, but:

4) when all pages are loaded into the page-list, footer and header are gone

5) By this you cannot logout from the page!!!

Why don’t you help me? It is so easy to reproduce

I started this thread July 7, it is now 3 weeks without any helpful reply or information
