Updraft Plus Backup to pCloud is no longer working

Hi,

my backup to pCloud is no longer working, there is always the following cURL error 28, also after every resumption (continuous loop). I have two sites and on both it is the same error when backing up.

pCloud: chunked upload exception (Exception): cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received (line: 219, file: ****/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/addons/pcloud.php) (Mai 26 11:24:23)

Can someone please help me?

Hi,

Can you try temporarily disabling your other plugins to see if the issue persists.
If it does not, can you reactivate your other plugins by one one until you find the offending one.
Can you also send us the full backup log from the backup/restore tab?

it seems that the problem has been fixed. I don’t know why, but the backups have been running fine for several days now.
