Updraft Plus Renew Coupon Code doesn't work?

Hi, I have an UpdraftPlus Premium (Gold) license. It’s going to lapse in less than a month and I got an email saying if I use the coupon code fortyoffrenewal I can get 40% discount on my renewal. But attempting to use the code gives me an error saying”Sorry, this coupon is not applicable to selected products”. Why would you guys send me a coupon code for renewal that doesn’t actually renew my license?

Hi,

I’m afraid fortyoffrenewal code does not apply to UpdraftGold subscription as it is already at its best available rate.
