    Hello Guys

    I’ve been experiencing this annoying issue now for years and now I’m finally getting to the point where it’s not acceptable anymore.
    My updraft installations on all websites very frequently just switch back from Premium to Free version.

    How can this happen??

    Hi Daniel,

    Are the plugins connected to the license server? So they get updates whenever we release new version.

    Yes I always login and connect updraft premium

    It doesn’t matter since the Updraft Issue appeares over a year now, on different websites and all several wordpress and updraft versions.

    Hi Daniel,

    Apologies for the delay.

    I just need to confirm that you are using the latest version of the plugin.
    Can you also check your server’s PHP error log? It should provide us information as to why it is happening.

    I use the latest Version 2.22.23.25. But guys as mentioned, we’ve been experiencing this issue for more than a year, on almost all websites we have, on all versions they have been and also obviously on older and more current versions php installed.

    It affects all websites, not only one

    Hi Daniel,

    Could you send us a list of affected sites, and the associated IP addresses? (The IP address from your hosting cPanel i.e. the IP requests are sent from)

    Can you confirm if it is reverting to the free version (v1.XX.XX) or are you only losing the add-ons (i.e. v2.XX.XX.0)?
