    Hi Guys.

    trying to clone a site to sort out some problems and it has so far taken about 2.5 hours

    the status shows- Waiting to receive site data

    is this normal?
    should i leave it or cancel and start again?

    would appreciate your advice

    Hi Ian,

    The clone has likely failed. Your account should have been refunded the token.
    Please could you attempt the clone again?

    yes that’s what i had to do in the end and it all worked ok the next time

    It appears that you may have been caught in some server issues that our clone servers were experiencing. A fix was implemented, and this issue should not repeat.
