    Hi,

    I am creating my first UpdraftClone and it seems to be stuck on the – now awaiting the site data to be sent. Is it normal to take more than 24 hours to create a clone?

    Please let me know if there is anything I can do?

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly. Please use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.
