Upgrading to 2.12.21.1

Hello. I received a notification that an update to version 2.12.21.1 is available. However, when I download the plug-in from https://updraftplus.com/wp-content/updraftplus.zip it gives me 2.12.21.0. Note that my server does not have FTP enabled, so I can’t use the automatic upgrade process. How should I proceed?

On that link it says “No downloads available yet.” Yet on my plugins page, it says “There is a new version of UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore available. View version 2.12.21.1 details or update now.” I am running version 2.12.21.0

If you update using your WP dashboard “Updates” page, does it work?
