During my restore I received the following error: Move /home/tap/public_html/wp-content/wflogs -> /home/tap/public_html/wp-content/wflogs-old: Failed.
Destination Directory UID=1204, GID=1205. Effective/real user IDs of the current process: 1204/1204
Effective/real group IDs of the current process: 1205/1205.

Whilst following the advice within this forum question: https://updraftplus.com/forums/topic/could-not-move-old-files-out-of-the-way/ , the provided advice is outdated as the ‘Exclude these’ functionality (in here = https://updraftplus.com/faqs/how-can-i-exclude-particular-filesdirectories-from-the-backup/) no longer seems to exist.

    Please advise on this issue.

    Thank you

    Hi Harry,

    Sorry for the delay!

Can you please try to manually delete the files/folders having -old postfix inside wp-content folder from cPanel filemanager and then try to re-run the restoration process and check if it helps to fix the issue?

    Thanks,
    Harshad
