    Whenever I backup manually, backup does not complete as it is not scheduled. The error ‘Waiting until scheduled time to retry because of errors’ show up together with the log message of ‘The backup has not finished, a resumption is scheduled’

    Hi Sam,

    Can you please send us full copy of the backup log?

    Hi Sam,

    “0014.514 (0) Error message: UpdraftPlus_BackupModule_updraftvault: No settings were found – please go to the Settings tab and check your settings”
    > Please can you disconnect and reconnect UpdraftVault? This can be found in the UpdraftPlus “Settings” tab > UpdraftVault > Click disconnect and re-enter your account credentials to reconnect.
