Which exact address must be there

Hi,

im a litle confused about the right address which I must set in the field for the backup an other directorie outside the WP installation folder.

Exampel: If I have a folder named “save-me” at the addrress http://www.my-domain.com/save-me
This folder I want to backup with the scheduled Updraft Backups.

My WordPress Installtion is in: http://www.my-domain.com/wordpress

Now I filled the field for the other directory with:
save-me
/save-me
../save-me
http://www.my-domain.com/save-me
http://www.my-domain.com/save-me/

Nothing is working for me, always I get the error that the folder was empty.
I must say that inside this folder there is a Login for the users.
Is this than not possible to backup?

Hi,

You need to use the full filesystem path on your server. You can read the full filesystem path for WordPress on the server in the ‘expert/debugging’ tab, with the heading ABSPATH – that will give a hint as to what the path for your folders is.
