    Hello there,

We have purchased a renewed subscription for one of our sites however I am receiving the error message in the back-end ‘Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus.’

I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall the plugin, clicked the link to re-sync accounts as well as removing and re-adding my account to the updraft plus plugin configuration. Each to no avail.

Can someone please look into this and get back to us?

    Best regards,
    IW

    Hi,

It appears that the sites were stuck in the expired license. I have adjusted your licenses now and the warning message should disappear now.

You should also be able to update the plugin to latest version 2.16.61.x if you have not recently updated it.

    Thanks,
    Bryle

    Hi @Phil,

Upon checking it appears that one of the license was stuck in the old and expired license.
I have refreshed it now and the warning message should now disappear.
    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle
