    Hello,

    I try to install updraftplus on a new site and completing my identification information, I have the following message appears
    When errors occurred try trying to connect to UpdraftPlus.Com:
    UpdraftPlus.Com returned a response that we are not able to understand (given (s): N;)
    How to enable premium features on this site?

    Hi Nicolas,

    As a developer licensee, you can skip the step of needing to connect. Instead, use the zip file from your account page – https://updraftplus.com/my-account/. De-activate + de-install your existing UpdraftPlus, and install that one instead – it already has all the add-ons.

    I just do it with version 2.12.11.22 and I have access to paid add-ons but I still have the UpdraftPlus.Com error message returned a response that we are not able to understand (given (s): N;)

    Hi Nicolas,

    If you remove your email address from the Premium/Extensions tab, and press ‘Connect’, then it should then stop.
