Would you like more feed-back on how in-progress backups are going? Of course you would! This is a regularly-requested feature, especially for first-time users.
Presently, you can follow the ‘expert settings’ link, and read the log files of any jobs that then appear under “Active Jobs”. But, in the next release, we’ve made things a lot easier. There’s a new “Backups in progress” display, which aims to be simple and useful:
If you can’t wait, then it’s part of the present development version. It’s not completely finished yet – at present, it’s a fairly simple bar that moves from stages 1 to 5. Before we release it, we want it to be more granular/responsive. It’s useful already, though.
