I’m going to start having a lot of backup traffic soon. I used to use Amazon S3, but the trial versions are going over the limits, so they have to start charging me.
My question is for anyone who uses Dropbox, how is it with Updraft Plus? Any problems? Is it just simply dumping it into folders? Cause if it’s that simple, I might switch to Dropbox and save some cash.
If you connect UpdraftPlus to your Dropbox (which is very simple – no API keys to type in), then it will upload the backup archives to an app folder in your Dropbox – specifically “apps/UpdraftPlus”. That is all – it is very straightforward. We recommend it to people as the easiest one to get set up with.
Best wishes,
David
