The latest stable version of UpdraftPlus has been released for both free and premium customers. We recommend that everyone updates – this is our best UpdraftPlus yet!
In short: Migration improvements, lots of stability fixes, lots of tweaks to make the interface more obvious and sleek; support for Dreamhost DreamObjects cloud storage; Polish translation.
The features we’re most pleased with are that 1) everybody’s backups should now be faster – the bigger your site, the more you’ll notice the improvements; 2) the Migrator (site cloner) is now able to cope with changing table prefixes, and 3) an array of easy-to-use tools in the “expert” section to help you see how your backups are going.
Basically, everything should work as before – but with more help, more speed, more reliability on exotic WordPress setups.
