    Out of curiosity, why does UpdraftPlus update all last-update-dates on files and directories when it does a restore?

    Hi Bob,

    UD doesn’t do this directly. Zip extraction is performed by WordPress’s built-in zip library – and that library doesn’t preserve timestamps when extracting, AFAIK.
