    Good morning,
    I bought the plugin but can not activate it from the wordpress admin panel.
    I get this error
    Failed to connect to updraftplus.com port 80: Connection timed out
    can you help me

    Hi,

    This indicates most likely that your web hosting company is firewalling the connection to updraftplus.com from your webserver. If you can ask them to open the ports, then all should be well.

    Failing that, file a ticket at https://updraftplus.com/paid-support-requests/ and then we can send you a full zip to install directly.

    it’s like you said. I had prtato back and had requested .. now everything is ok.
