I was using Updraft 1.10.3 and due to some of the premium feature options, purchased the full version.

I have deactivated and then deleted 1.10.3, then installed 2.10.3.

I backup to Google Drive, and all of the settings and previous backups were still showing OK.

I have connected my account, claimed my “All addons” license and now see a large green tick beside the All addons option.

However, none of the addons appear to be working. Specifically, I want to back up an additional MySQL database (still on the same host), but under the settings section where I would expect to be able to put in place all of the additional options, I still get presented with hyperlinks that take me to the premium page of the Updraft plus website.

I have since gone into the debug tab, wiped all settings, removed the plugin and rather than upload the zip file, I extracted it and uploaded it via FTP – still the same problem.

Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.

    Hi Chris,

For some reason, your WP site is not checking in to check updates availability. I will, in 1 minute, email you a copy of the full plugin with add-ons to install directly. i.e. You should de-activate + de-install your existing UD, and install/activate the one I email instead; then you will have the full plugin with add-ons.

    Hi,

I am having this same issue today with the migration add-on which I purchased. The add-on seems to have been activated as it shows a green tick next to it on the add-ons page, but when I try to restore a backup uploaded from my testing site I am not seeing the “database search & replace” option which should be there with the add-on. I have not tried to run the restore yet as I don’t want to do this without search & replace, which is the reason I purchased the add-on.

    Please can you help ?

    Regards,
    Glen.

    Hi Glen,

If there’s a green tick, then it’s installed – you can also check your version number, which should end in .1 if it is installed.

If you’re not seeing the search/replace checkbox, then make sure you’ve ticked the “Database” checkbox when restoring. Since search/replace is a database option, it won’t be shown until you select to restore the database.

Okay thanks David, I can see now that you need to select the database restore first before the option appears.

    Regards,
    Glen.
