    Greetings,

    I recently renewed my 10 site premium license, yet all my sites still show the nag screen stating my license needs to be renewed. Looking at my subscriptions at https://updraftplus.com/my-account/my-add-ons-and-support/, I see I actually have two active subscriptions tied to my account, yet non of my sites are registered with them?!

    I currently use UpdraftPlus Premium with 3 sites, not sure why it is showing two 10 site subscriptions under My Account on the Updraftplus.com page (perhaps it did not renew my license when I tried back in may and instead made me buy another license from scratch?!

    Please let me know what I need to do to fix this.

    Hi John,

    I’ve straightened this all out for you now. It was do with the 2 separate purchase (2-licence and 10-licence) back in the beginning of 2014. It shouldn’t be possible to happen in future, as since April purchase, we’ve got a new licence server that handles renewals more intelligently.

    Based on your purchases, your next expiry/renewal date is: 2017-05-03 – i.e. not for another 18 months.

    Hi Mats,

    Since your licences expired so long ago (> 1 year), the system treated your recent purchase as a new purchase, rather than a renewal. I’ve tweaked the licence server now to treat it as a renewal.

    Concerning Dropbox, Dropbox changed their authentication protocol at the start of September. You need to update to a more recent version, which you should now be able to do, now that your licences are connected: https://updraftplus.com/updraftplus-1-11-9-2-11-9/

    Nice to know you are backing us out there, when things get rough.

    Half way through updating, everything seems ok this far.
