Blog broken

    Hey!

    I purchased a one time support but in the confirmation mail it says that I need to activate my order on my blog. I can’t access my blog nor the admin sites though and purchased support to have my blog restored from the Udraft back-ups I saved.

    Is that possible to do even if I can’t activate the order?

    Apologies, the confirmation email is a standard email, and the activation instructions only apply to purchased add-ons/Premium.

    If you send us your support request through the Support Form, we will look into it ASAP.
